About Detailing Vice —

The Auto Detailing Shop Miami Built for Real Car Enthusiasts.

Not every detailing shop has a reason to exist. Detailing Vice does. It was built to fill a gap that anyone who cares deeply about classic or exotic cars in South Florida knows all too well — the gap between a car that deserves serious care and a region full of shops that can't provide it.

"Exceptional cars, unprepared hands — that was South Florida. Detailing Vice was built to change that."

How It Started

And Why It Had to Be Different.

South Florida had no shortage of detailing operations when Detailing Vice opened its doors in Miami. What it lacked was a shop that actually understood the difference between a modern clear-coated daily driver and a 1965 Mustang fastback with sixty years of original factory paint. The collector car community here — the show regulars, the serious restorers, the private collectors — kept running into the same problem. Exceptional cars, unprepared hands.

Detailing Vice was built specifically to solve that. Located in Miami, FL, at the corridor between Miami-Dade's luxury corridor and Broward's growing collector scene, we created a shop where the most demanding vehicles could receive the most exacting care. Not a franchise. Not a production-line operation. A focused, specialty-first shop where the person touching your car actually understands what's at stake.

The Team

Knowledge That Comes from the Cars.

Our technicians didn't learn detailing from tutorial videos. The experience in this shop comes from thousands of hours on concours-level restorations, seven-figure exotics, pre-war coachbuilt cars, and daily-driven sports cars that simply cannot afford a mistake.

Every technician at Detailing Vice has genuine, deep knowledge of both vintage and exotic vehicles. We understand the chemistry of acrylic lacquer that was applied by hand in 1958. We understand the OEM-specific protocols for factory PPF on a current-generation Ferrari Roma. We understand that on certain cars, the right answer is to do less — and we have the restraint to say so.

Our Approach to Classic Vehicles

Preservation Over Cleanliness.

Classic cars require a fundamentally different mindset than modern vehicles — and most shops don't have it. The goal isn't just cleanliness. It's preservation. That means understanding the chemistry of aged finishes, knowing which modern products are safe on original surfaces and which will crack or lift them, and having the discipline to stop when the vehicle tells you to.

Before we begin work on any classic or vintage vehicle, we assess the paint condition, evaluate the surfaces under proper lighting, and have a real conversation with the owner about their goals. No two classic cars are the same. That's not a complication — it's the part of this work we find most interesting.

Why Miami

And Why South Florida Matters.

Miami sits at a unique intersection. To the north: Broward County's collector community, with private estates, car shows, and a growing enthusiasm culture. To the south: Miami's exotic car scene, Brickell's wealth corridor, and a concentration of rare vehicles that most of the country never encounters. This city sees Ferraris, pre-war classics, freshly restored muscle cars, and privately commissioned customs in numbers you'd normally find in Monaco or Scottsdale.

It also has South Florida's climate — relentless UV exposure, salt-saturated air, and summer humidity that accelerates oxidation and degradation faster than almost anywhere else in the continental United States. The vehicles here need more than an occasional carwash, and their owners know it. We're exactly where the need is.

We serve clients from Miami, Hallandale Beach, Hollywood, Sunny Isles Beach, Bal Harbour, and throughout Miami-Dade and Broward. Explore our full range of services, learn about our exotic car specialization, check out the Detailing Vice Academy, or see us at a car show near you.

FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions.

Don't see your question? Contact our studio.

Is Detailing Vice only for collectors and exotic owners?

Not at all. We specialize in classic and exotic vehicles, but we welcome any car owner who cares about their finish and wants work done properly. The same standards apply whether we're working on a collector's Ferrari or a weekend enthusiast's sports car.

Do you offer consultations before booking major services?

Yes — and we prefer them. Before any significant service like paint correction, ceramic coating, or PPF, we want to see the vehicle in person, evaluate the paint condition under proper lighting, and discuss your goals. This ensures we recommend the right services and set expectations that are honest, not optimistic.

Are your technicians certified by coating and film manufacturers?

Yes. Our team holds certifications from leading coating and film brands. More importantly, they have years of real-world experience on the specific types of vehicles we specialize in — classic, vintage, and exotic cars where the margin for error is essentially zero.
